The end result of each project cannot be achieved unless every member of the Firefly staff takes the same pride and responsibility for their role in the project.  

Plan - This phase includes two primary steps: Discovery and the Kick-off meeting. In the Discovery step we learn as much as we can about your business and your online needs. We use this information to develop a solution, determine the development cost and timeframe, and deliver a proposal. Once a proposal is approved, we schedule a Kickoff Meeting. In the Kick Off Meeting we drill down to the details of the project, further developing our understanding of your needs, and setting your expectations by laying out the project scope and schedule.

Execute - This phase includes the Design, Production and Testing steps. In the Design step we take your input, needs and preferences into consideration and produce a design concept, a static design concept that represents the look-and-feel of your website, mobile site, or application. Once the design concept is approved, we move into Production, where we turn the static graphic representations into working web pages or application components. Finally, once the production step is complete, the site or application is thoroughly tested. Many other things are happening in this phase. The content management system, content and applications are implemented, for example.

Launch - In the Launch phase, we'll provide Training and Launch your site or application, making it live on the Internet. In preparation of a launch, we conduct a final review with you to make sure all items are in place and meet your specifications. We train you and your team on the Content Management System (CMS) and we schedule a time for launch!
